Windows Server 2003 X64 Iso
I was given a couple HP servers with product keys, but no installation disks. Being pretty familiar with isos, I figured I can find the isos and then give these babies a fresh install. I don't need any new operating systems as they will be behind a good firewall. Getting to the point. I found that Microsoft is kind enough to provide software. Much to my dismay, the iso that Microsoft has provided cannot be made into bootable media whether it is a DVD or USB.

Microsoft does not provide download link for installation media to public but MSDN subscription account. As it is a HP device, have you tried to contact HP for an installation media? What do you mean by service pack disk?
My issue is much less about the product keys than it is about creating an installation disk or USB. I know the difference between OEM and non-OEM. That ISO that I mentioned in the subject line gave the impression that I could download it and then create a bootable media with it. As it says in the installation instructions: 1. Click the Download link on this page to start the download. To copy the ISO Image download to your computer to burn a CD at a later time click Save or Save this program to disk. Use the directions for your CD burner to create a CD from the ISO-9660 image file https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=6905.
